These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Know Ball app ("the App"), operated by Know Ball ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

When you open the App, an anonymous account is created automatically. You may optionally link a phone number to secure your account across devices. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from signing out of an anonymous account.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Know Ball Pro, which removes all advertisements.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in Hot Takes, comments, or any user-generated content areas.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game results.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, graphics, and branding, is owned by Know Ball or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that scores or streaks will be preserved in all circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, scores, or account access.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
